- Online Informatic Tool to Assess TSH, FT3, and FT4 Centile in children and adolescents with Down syndrome: In order to support clinicians in comparing TSH, FT3, and FT4 with the reference percentiles of thyroid function tests described in the present work, I developed a user-friendly web tool, available online at: Percentile-Thyroid-ChildrenTrisomy21. By filling in the blanks, the tool provides the calculated centile for each determination with reference to our data and graphically plots up to 5 sequentially assessed values.
